I've had this for a year and I'm FINALLY taking it out of the package:
With 2 weddings to attend {one of which I'm IN}, a girls trip and clothes just not fitting like they should, I felt the need to bust out the DVD. I'm starting Monday and I VOW to go the 30 days. Should I take pictures to document? Am I that bold? We'll see.
Anyone have any tips? Suggestions? Done this DVD before and seen results?

just started it this month. just made it to level 3 and it is puttin' a hurtin' on me! I thought I was in decent shape but I have had an eye-opener with this one! Its a good workout! Good luck!

My friends and I are starting a PX90 club. I'm hoping it proves successful, lol.
I loved it. It is hard though.
The hardest part for me was making it through the 30 days, I HATE working out.
Also, for most people (me included) it's impossible to start with the 5 pound weights... or if you do use the 5 lbs, you probably won't finish the whole workout. I recommend starting with 3 lb weights.

I'll start the 30 days with you! I need motivation to start up again...I made it halfway through last time before I lost interest.
I started doing the Shred for 3 days. Then I found out I was pregnant and stopped. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.
OMG, girl, I bought this in October and still haven't used it. Actually, I have NO idea where it is.
I just bought it, at Target, on Wednesday! I'm about to day 3! I did start with the 5lb weights. I thought "I work out, I'm strong. I'm only doing level one." I shouldn't have thought that! On the first day Jill said "Only 3 more." I told her NO! Good LUCK :)
I've done it but prefer the Firm videos over anything else I've tried.
I'll stay on you to SHRED if you stay on me to get FIRM!

i started this on monday and she normally i hate working out and yet to my surprise i have enjoyed doing the shred.
it's gonna take more than 10 days for me to switch to the 2nd level.
