I have been doing some cleaning and organizing and have come across quite a few pictures of the famous people Chad and I have met. I thought it would be neat to share them with you.

Kennedy started kindergarten today! It was quite the busy morning because Daddy got to stay home from work until we dropped her off. Kennedy was great and so excited. I wonder how many days until she gets in trouble for talking or not keeping her hands to herself! HA!
Dad had his follow-up colonoscopy ~ it's been almost 3 years since he had his last one that indicated his cancer had returned! I am completely THRILLED to post that according to our most favorite Dr ~ there were no signs of cancer, no polyps, no nothin'!! I truly think he's a walking miracle ~ he opted to discontinue chemotherapy treatment in August 2005 and live the rest of his life with the 'QUALITY OVER QUANTITY' mantra and not only is he taking LESS medication than my mom, they can't even FIND the tumor on his scans anymore! PRAISE THE LORD!

Kennedy ~ 5 years old!
The weekend is over and my baby girl is officially FIVE years old! We had a party, we had Adventure Islands yesterday and today Daddy brought home more presents from his co-worker, Ms. Rita! Ms. Rita gave Kennedy a Barbie lunch box, perfect for her school lunch and a totally cool watch! Kennedy LOVES watches! Daddy also brought home THE PRIMO GIFT ~ The Bratz new DVD ... so Kennedy will have at least 6 hrs of entertainment (as she will watch it over and over again until she gets bored with it). The mail man brought Kennedy TONS of Aqua Dots from Nina, Pappy, Uncle Jimmy, Uncle Shawn, Aunt JJ, Sydney and MacK (and some candy ....... gee thanks, payback is hell!). All in all, we had a great weekend and I can't believe in just one short week, Kennedy will OFFICIALLY be a kindergartener!
We spent Kennedy's actual 'birthday' at Adventure Islands ~ which is a local water park located right across the street from Busch Gardens! We had such a good time. I could only take a couple pictures because I didn't have a water proof camera and I was too freaked out to let Kennedy ride all the rides by herself. She rode most of the 'adult' rides because she is 42 inches and that is all that is required - which I think is nuts! The last picture is of Kennedy going down BACKWARDS on the Splash Attack slide ~ which was in the kid area. I will say this ~ I felt like QUITE the super model in my bathing suit at this place. People will wear ANYTHING!

We did a SPA 5th birthday party which consisted of hair and nails ~ and a sore back for Mommy (from leaning over braiding everyone's hair!) but it was SO worth it! Kennedy had 13 of her friends over and they had a blast! We did crafts while they waited for their 'spa appointment' and then ate yummy cupcakes made by Ms. Kandi ~ they even matched our color scheme of pink and green! All in all it was a super fun day and tomorrow we go to Adventure Islands for her "REAL" birthday!

Finally. We are done. Until we decide to do the bedrooms ...... I didn't realize how stressed out this would make me. Now I am trying to get everything back in order for my daughter's birthday party on Saturday! It seems like it honestly NEVER ends. Anyway, I'll post pics of the office and dining room once the t-moldings are in ~ it's so gorgeous!!
